Are you affected by COVID-19?
As a small independent studio we are fortunate enough to be able to continue designing and producing our prints in isolation, working remotely with an independent studio press. Delivering our collection of prints is running as normal.
How much does delivery cost and do you deliver internationally?
Yes!—we currently deliver to the UK and the majority of Europe.
We will be delivering beyond Europe in the near future.
- FREE for 2nd Class Royal Mail (2-3 working days)
- £3.50 for 1st Class Royal Mail (1-2 working days)
- £5.50 - £7.50 for 1pm Next Day delivery service on all orders placed before 3pm, Mon-Fri (excludes Sunday & Monday deliveries)
International tracked courier prices:
- Europe: £18.00 (2-4 workings days)
- Outside Europe: Coming soon, not currently available
When will my order arrive?
Our aim is to have your order with you as soon as possible. We dispatch same day on all orders received before 3pm. Orders received after 3pm are dispatched the following working day. You will receive a notification email when your order has been sent.
Bank Holidays & Christmas – We don’t dispatch on bank holidays.
**LAST UK POST DAY - MONDAY 21ST DECEMBER FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES!**
For deliveries outside of the UK, please order before Friday 10th December.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If you've ordered from our website and it has not yet arrived, this may be due to unavoidable delays caused by COVID-19, so we ask for your patience while it works its way over to you. In the event your order does not arrive, please get in touch via: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the status of the delivery and do everything we can to ensure any issues are resolved quickly.
Can I return the item that I ordered?
We work hard to maintain the highest quality in our prints and products, and are confident you will be happy with your order. If you are not then please get in touch immediately. Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website. If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
Can I stock The Collective Press in my shop?
For wholesale enquiries, please get in touch via our Wholesale Form. Please include a link and some information about your shop or gallery and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
Do you do commissions?
Yes, we are working through a long list of collections (in no particular order) and are looking for new ideas all the time. We encourage you to get in touch with an idea for a collection and we'll add it to the top of our drawing list at no extra fee––we will then notify you when it is available to order through our website.
