Are you affected by COVID-19?
As a small independent studio we are fortunate enough to be able to continue designing and producing our prints in isolation, working remotely with an independent studio press. Delivering our collection of prints is running as normal, the only thing affected may be a delay in our usual delivery time. We work to ensure your prints arrive with you as soon as possible, but understand key workers at Royal Mail and other courier services we use are under immense pressure during this time.
How much does delivery cost and do you deliver internationally?
- £3.50 for 1st Class Royal Mail service (1-2 working days)
- FREE UK standard delivery on all orders over £20 (2-3 working days).
When will my order arrive?
Our usual aim is to have your order with you as soon as we can. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive a notification email when your order has been sent.
Due to COVID-19 this may be affected slightly. We work to ensure your prints arrive with you as soon as possible, but understand key workers at Royal Mail and other courier services we use are under immense pressure during this time.
Shipping Times – When your order has left our studio, the approximate Royal Mail delivery estimates are:
UK: 1-3 working days
Europe: service temporarily suspended
Outside Europe: service temporarily suspended
UK Next Day service – If you would like your order sent on a UK next working day or Saturday special delivery service, please contact us at email@example.com or call 07970368059 before 10:00am on the day of dispatch.
Bank Holidays & Christmas – We don’t dispatch on bank holidays.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If you've ordered from our website and it has not yet arrived, this may be due to unavoidable delays caused by COVID-19, so we ask for your patience while it works its way over to you. In the event your order does not arrive at all, please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the status of the delivery and do everything we can to ensure any issues are resolved quickly.
Can I return the item that I ordered?
We work hard to maintain the highest quality in our prints and products, and are confident you will be happy with your order. If you are not then please get in touch immediately. Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website. If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
Can I stock The Collective Press in my shop?
For wholesale enquiries, please get in touch via our Wholesale Form. Please include a link and some information about your shop or gallery and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
Do you do commissions?
Yes, we are working through a long list of collections (in no particular order) and are looking for new ideas all the time. We encourage you to get in touch with an idea for a collection and we'll add it to the top of our drawing list at no extra fee––we will then notify you when it is available to order through our website.
